• Live market data usage, including selected MCX instruments and rate refresh activity.

• Show live bullion rates, product rates, wallet balance, and trading history.

Payment And Bank Details

The app may show company bank accounts so users can make payments. We do not ask users to enter card numbers in the app. If a user uploads a payment proof image or transaction reference, it is used only to verify the fund request and maintain transaction records.

Sharing Of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only when required for business operations, compliance, security, or legal obligations. This may include hosting providers, technical service providers, payment verification support, auditors, or law enforcement when legally required.

Market Data Providers

We use third-party market data providers to receive live bullion and MCX rates. These integrations are intended for rate data only. We do not intentionally send user personal information to market data providers.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect user information. Passwords are stored in encrypted/hashed form. Access to the admin panel is restricted to authorized users. However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Data Retention

We retain account, wallet, order, fund request, and transaction records for as long as needed for business, accounting, dispute resolution, security, and legal purposes. Users may contact us to request account update, access, or deletion where permitted by law and business requirements.

User Choices

• Users can update profile information by contacting support or using available app features.
• Users can stop using the app at any time.
