Users of the Shrinath Bullion Android app can request deletion of their account and associated personal data using the contact method below.

What To Include

Please include enough details so we can verify your account:

• Registered name
• Registered email address
• Registered phone number
• User ID, if available

What We Delete

After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal account information where permitted, including:

• Profile details such as name, email, phone number, and address
• Login/session access tokens
• Uploaded payment proof images, where no longer required
• Non-essential app notification data

Data We May Retain

Some information may be retained when required for legal, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or business record purposes. This may include order history, wallet transactions, fund request records, stock transactions, payment references, audit logs, and records required by applicable law.

Processing Time

We will review deletion requests after account verification. Processing time may vary depending on account activity, open orders, pending fund requests, disputes, or legal/accounting requirements.
